Meet & Discuss
An initial consultation is arranged in person or via zoom .
In this meeting, client & lifestyle needs, personal style, budget and site requirements will be discussed.

Concept
A concept floor plan will then be presented to suit the discussed job requirements.
A follow up meeting via phone call or email can be arranged to discuss one revision of amendments.

Plans
Once the design has been finalised, a survey is arranged and a full set of construction plans will be issued, ready to be used for approval and construction purposes.
