Pre - DA
If required, a pre-DA meeting can be arranged with the local council.

DA Lodgement
CMB ensures that all required documentation is submitted to the appropriate authorities within the given deadlines.
We assist clients in navigating the regulations, zoning codes, and other legal requirements related to their proposed development projects.
Serving as a liaison between clients and the local government or relevant authorities, handling any queries or requests for additional information.​

Construction Certificate
Once DA consent has been received, Construction Certificate can then be applied for by CMB, enabling construction to commence.
